Today on the blog, I wanted to talk about the mission and philosophy behind Five'21 Roasters. Our family are coffee lovers and our daily ritual, EVERY single day is having a cup of coffee in the morning, debriefing on the previous day and setting our intentions for the day ahead to make the most of our lives. The gift of being healthy and alive, is something that as a first responder, I am hyper aware of - and I am sure many of you are, too.
I see every possible life experience in one shift.
I see people on the best day of their lives.
I see people on the worst day of their lives.
I see people on the very first day of their lives.
I also see people on the last day of their lives.
This line of work gives me the awareness that it is up to us to make the very best of every day we have. Sitting, watching the sunrise, cup of freshly roasted coffee in hand, is how we start it.
This is who the Five'21 Faithful are - these are our customers. They get it.
They watch the sunrise from the peak of Ha Ling in Canmore.
They travel with the intent of paying forward their gifts and talents to other people
in communities that need their help.
