Decaffeinated Coffee Beans in Calgary - Now Available at Five'21 Roasters, Swiss Water Decaf Coffee

Today we wanted to share with you what the swiss water decaffeination process is.  We have just added to Five'21 Roasters a beautiful decaffeinated blend of organic beans to our offering. 

We went through a few test roasts to make sure that this decaf showcases the premium tastes of the Central and South American as well as Indonesian beans in this bag. 

The Swiss Water Process is a natural, chemical free method of reducing the caffeine in Coffee.  When we roast, we use heat, air circulation and time to control the roast.  In Swiss Water Decaffeination, they use water, heat and time.
